PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Two college students from Alabama’s Troy University have been suspended after authorities discovered a cellphone video that allegedly shows them sexually assaulting a woman at a beach while a large crowd of spring-break revelers watches.

Bay County Sheriff Frank McKeithen described the video as “very, very graphic” and called it the “most disgusting, sickening thing” he had ever seen. He said the footage shows several men surrounding an incapacitated woman on a beach chair.

The victim told authorities that she thought she had been drugged at the time, and she did not remember the incident well enough to report it.

A New Jersey youth minister has been arrested on charges he sexually assaulted two teenage girls, prosecutors say.

Shawn Butler, 48, of Hillsborough, is accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in North Brunswick multiple times between July 2012 and August 2013, and of improperly touching a 15-year-old girl in South Brunswick and in Hillsborough numerous times between March 2014 and June 2014, prosecutors say.

Russian Teacher Arrested for Paying Hit Man to Kill Teen Love Interest – NBC News.com

MOSCOW — A 52-year-old music teacher in Russia has allegedly been caught trying to arrange a contract hit on a teenage student after he refused to return her affections, according to police and local reports.

The woman was arrested Tuesday after she handed over payment of 100,000 rubles ($1,800) to a man who she hoped would murder the student, according to a statement on the Moscow branch of the Investigative Committee’s website.

Child Rape Suspect Possibly Killed His Victim, Grandparents, via House Fire | WKBN.com

GREEN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKBN) – A source close to the investigation into the house fire on the south side of Youngstown that claimed three lives early Monday told WKBN 27 First News reporter Gerry Ricciutti that a search conducted at the Green Township home of rape suspect Robert Seman Jr. Thursday evening was directly related to the fire.

The source said when Seman, 46, showed up in court Monday, he had burns on his body. He concealed it at the time by using makeup, according to the source.

It was not until Wednesday that law enforcement officials discovered the burns and took him to the hospital for treatment, the source said.

Boston Police Make Arrest After Human Remains Found in Duffel Bag / Sputnik International

A gruesome discovery was made by police just before 8 a.m. Saturday morning outside the biotech firm Biogen Inc. in Cambridge, Massachusetts – a city typically known for its thriving academia and world-renown research rather than heinous crimes.Just a half-mile away from the leading university MIT and two blocks from a police station, a duffel bag was found containing human remains.

Officials said that a video surveillance of the surrounding area led them to an apartment building across the street from the Biogen Inc. building, where more human remains were discovered in a common area.
